Steven Myers District 2

Steven Myers is the PC party representative for the communities of Georgetown and St. Peters in District 2. Steven presently lives in Cardigan Head with his wife Lori and their two children. Steven has extensive community experience as President of both Cardigan Minor Ball, and Montague Minor Hockey.

He was Chair of both the Cardigan Ball Field Renovations Committee and the 2011 Midget Female Atlantics Host Committee as well as serving as a board member of the Cardigan Communities Development Association and the PEI Minor Hockey Council.

Steven feels that the administration should put more focus on rural PEI, and address issues like a lack of new jobs, the closure of rural schools and the closure of the 24 hour Emergency Department in Montague.

Steven is determined to make progress on these and other issues affecting the people in District 2 and other rural Island communities.
